On Wednesday, Masaya Ota confirmed that all 14 complaints are including the July 2009 accident where Prius crashed head on into another car at an intersection.
Based on that Prius brake problem, the Japan’s Government through its transport ministry ordered Toyota Motor Corp. to investigate the complaints. For addition, The other 13 cases happened from December 2009 to January 2010.
